Excellent game September 4, 2010 N. Faulkner My husband and I enjoy playing the boardgame Scrabble, so I thought I would give this ds game a go. I haven't been disappointed and have had to warn my husband (who usually wins) to watch out as I am definately improving my game by playing on the ds! Definately recommend.

This is one game ruined by poor programming May 26, 2010 Bradley Baum (London, England) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I LOVE Scrabble. Seriously, I really do LOVE the game of Scrabble. That is why I was SO VERY disapointed when I bought this game and sat down to play it and found that not only do the computer players use words that are made up but I was unable to challenge them! Well that's it game ruined! How on Earth can the makers programme the game like this?!?! So just in case you are unable to believe your eyes aas to what you have just read I'll sort of repeat myself. The game is ruined by poor programming as THE COMPUTER USES WORDS THAT ARE MADE UP AND IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CHALLENGE THEM WHEN THEY DO!

Generally I tend to play the game in insolation to test my skills, as the words the opponents use are not average! I often doubt they are in the dictionary - although they state they are.
I think I overestimated the value I would get from it - glad I did not pay alot for it.

This version of the game is not as good as the previous one, but does give one new opponents and some interesting extra games
